Cesar has a strong foundation in the trades, starting as a masonry laborer and going on to work with major contractors like Clune Construction and Whiting-Turner. Like Ardeshir, he is also studying architecture at Virginia Tech, combining his field experience with design thinking to approach each project with precision and purpose.

Ardeshir brings a unique blend of construction experience and architectural insight to Macs & Partners LLC. He has worked in ultra high-end residential construction in Miami Beach, Florida, and is currently studying architecture at Virginia Tech. His design-forward mindset and attention to detail help bridge the gap between concept and craftsmanship.
